Like most buyers probably say "we were just looking." We had three older, paid-off vehicles ranging from 8-16 years old and decided it was time to get something newer and more reliable. It took a while to convince ourselves to leave the world of "no car payments," needless to say we had some very specific goals as far as financing. Nick worked with us to find the right car for us but more importantly he rallied his team to meet our financing goals and help ease the pain of having a car payment again. It's only been a few days but the follow-up has been great. Nick has offered to personally pick up the title for our trade-in and also to pick up the new car to have it detailed in order to save us additional trips to the dealership.

It's been several years since I bought a new car but Nick and his team worked hard to make me feel comfortable and make the experience a great one. I'd recommend him and Suntrup without hesitation.

From the salesman, Sean to the sales manager, Brett this was the most memorable purchase I have ever made in my 60 years of life. I have purchased over 25 cars and never once been blown away by a sales staff as I was at Suntrup VW. These guys got it!

A truley breath of fresh air was how I described my experience at Suntrup VW. I expected a lot worse and was pleasantly surprised by their dedication to customer satisfaction. I have had a few issues with my Passat(minor) but they have been great to get them all handled and promptly. They truley do care. Thanks!

My experience was very good at Suntrup. I was however disappointed that I purchased my car a few days before the iPad promotion occurred and that it was not possible to honor my vehicle purchase, since it only occurred a few days before, and get a free iPad. I would have waited to buy a few days had I known.
