The dealer is unwilling to even apologize or own up to their mistake let alone refund us some of the money we spent there. More

Excellent Customer Service I brought my 2015 in for 20,000 mile service and Scott Kostecki assisted me. He noticed I should be on my third service, not my second and asked was I brought my 2015 in for 20,000 mile service and Scott Kostecki assisted me. He noticed I should be on my third service, not my second and asked was everything OK. I was puzzled and stated I thought service was only when you hit the 10,000 mile point and I do not drive much so it takes me a while. He stated sir it is 10,000 mile or one year and your car has ran behind so we will need to get caught up and let me show you when your warrenty ends so you do not miss the final one. I truely enjoy my car but I know little about the car, so I was truely grateful he clued me in on my error, if he had said nothing I would of driven it right through the finally warrenity unused. I am very grateful. More
Terrible customer service Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I had a service done and that went ok but then needed a part ordered under warranty and got a letter in the mail that i Terrible. For a whole week i have been trying to talk to a service advisor and i cant get through. They even wrote my name and number down and they still don't call. Looks like i will not get my warranty work done because they can't give a simple call back. Unbelievable. More
FAKE REVIEWS! I would take a pass on Suntrup I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment. Said it would only be an hour (took 2) wait. I just needed the 60k maintence on my 2010 Jetta (tire I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment. Said it would only be an hour (took 2) wait. I just needed the 60k maintence on my 2010 Jetta (tire rotation, oil, oil filter). Then they tell me that I have no brakes left- sure ok. Sales lady tells me total that with BOTH the 60k and brake pads it will be $338- I go check out and it's actually $428- and that's WITH a $40 coupon! Very deceptive and unprofessional and also an old outdated dealership building. Save your money and go elsewhere More

I purchased a Multi-Shield complete care protection plan that required me to get all work approved prior to work being completed. Dealt with Multi-Shield and got a huge run-around on price they were going that required me to get all work approved prior to work being completed. Dealt with Multi-Shield and got a huge run-around on price they were going to cover on the dent repair. Finally called Suntrup and Beau said just bring it in and VW will take care of it. I was sceptical, but when I was called to pickup my car they said just give us back the loaner and take yours. Just had to sign the paperwork. One of the best encounters I have had at a dealership, no run-around. Thanks VW and Suntrup, that is why I am a repeat customer. More
