I picked up my 2024 Honda CRV on November 20, 2023. I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for th I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for those parts, but also paid for the labor when I initially picked up the vehicle back in November. I honestly thought I would need to pay for the LABOR as it take a bit of time to install etc. Nope....Aric Curtice the salesperson I work with and the Service Manager (forgive me I can't remember their name) said no charge - I had already taken care of that back in November. Imagine my surprise as I had my checkbook out and pencil poised!! Wow. -- and I also had a very nice courtesy car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for all that. Thank you so much, Superior Honda!! My experience has been a really GREAT one and I hope to keep the relationship up with you folks and I have already referred 2 people to you since November, 2023. I've said it once I'll say it again....The experience I have had here has really changed my perception of dealerships.
