My Review Of Superior Kia:

Gerald Greene was a complete joy to work a sale. He took time to address what I was looking for in a used car. He did not pressure me to look at new or cars that did not fit my needs. Gerald knows his product and that knowledge helped me with any reservations I may have had about my purchase of my Sorento. After our sale, he took the time to show us all the features hands on. He helped get not only my phone but my daughter's phone hooked up to the blue tooth. He had me drive to the service department so when it was time for my first oil change I would know where to go. I bought the car on a Saturday and he followed up with me on Tuesday. Gerald has a informative notebook with history of Kia and testimonials of the customer satisfaction praising Gerald. Kia is very fortunate to have Gerald Greene on staff. The level of professionalism of Gerald takes all of the stereotypical car salesman traits out the window. I would gladly recommend this professional to my family and friends.

My Review Of Superior Kia:

We were delighted with the professionalism shown to us by Jason Mersch and the entire staff at Superior Kia. We already knew which car we wanted, as we had test driven the Kia Forte at another dealer (rhymes with "Rings"....) and were ready to buy there. (That deal fell through because the staff were complete jerks....) Jason was polite, prompt, didn't push to up-sell us anything he knew we didn't want, discreetly asked what the issues were at "Rings" so they wouldn't repeat the problems at Superior, didn't waste our time, and was courteous throughout. A pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend Jason and Superior to anyone looking for a Kia. Oh, and don't ever go to "Rings" Kia -- EVER!!

My Review Of Superior Kia:

I took my mother to Superior Kia to lease a Kia Rio. She needed a ride to pick up her new car, so I gladly took her to the dealer. She was more than satisfied with the sales and service she received from both Delorean and John, and drove away in her new Kia Rio. I was not really in the market for a new car but always was partial to the Kia Optima. Before I left, I was coerced nicely into test driving an Optima and loved it. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. Delorean and John both did an excellent job of being upfront about the trade in value of my current vehicle, but were also reasonable in the pricing of the Optima. Neither Delorean nor John ever pushed or forced a decision on me to be made. We had good communication and were able to work out a deal. Little things go a long way with me. Delorean always offered me a soda to drink and i thought that was a small step but one that made more comfortable and that he cared about making me feel welcomed and comfortable. I also was impressed with the followup. Delorean followed up with me on a couple of post sale questions, and also I received a letter from him thanking me for my purchase. I am very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend Superior Kia and Delorean Broach as a salesman!

My Review Of Superior Kia:

Gerald was extremely friendly, outgoing and empathetic toward my personal situation which he was also able to see was having a negative effect on his customer. He sat down and encouraged a conversation with me......this meant worlds. He definitely did not have the typical "quick sale" attitude. This is my second consecutive successful purchase from this dealership, and I would definitely recommend it, as well as Gerald to any potential buyers!

I was in the market to buy a kia Soul and I saw the commercial for superior kia,that they had a lease deal I was interested in.so I went over to check out what they had and to see if I really wanted to own one. We arrived on lot and had the abilty to look at the car,check it out and talk about it before we were approached.Reason I was so happy with this visit which end with lease of 2013 soul plus was because of the salesperson,Gerald Greene,he was awesome.He didnt hover over us,but was there when needed,told him what we were willing to do and he got it done very effectively,Then most remarkable thing about our experience,after 40 years of buying cars have never had a salesperson take the time at delievery of car to go over the car with us,to show us all features of car and give a tutorial of how to use blu tooth,sound system,and other functions,in all my years of buying over some 20 cars, new to used,have never had such a good salesperson,I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car.

Kia Superior went to southern Tennessee to find a vehicle matching my requirements. The vehicle was unblemished. They went the extra mile. The price was very reasonable. They spent a lot of time explaining the operation of the vehicle as well.

My husband and I have been coming to Superior Kia for the past 2 years looking for a car. No matter how often we stopped by Gerald was always very friendly and he never pressured us. When we did decide to purchase our Kia Sorento they did not have the color we wanted in stock but Gerald located the exact color and had it in after only two days.We bought our car today and after he helped me sync my phone he told me he would call me back in after they have there training in a few days. During the past two years we have asked a few dozen questions and I am very thankful that Gerald has been so patient with us. Superior even matched the sale price another dealership offered. I am extremly satisfied with my experience.
