My son had done the negotiation to purchase a 2019 Nissan Murano for my husband and I. Because of the Covid virus and my husband being high risk we were to go the next day to sign paperwork with a sub Nissan Murano for my husband and I. Because of the Covid virus and my husband being high risk we were to go the next day to sign paperwork with a substantial down payment at Superior Nissan in Fayetteville. Their website had the exact car and vin number advertised as sales tax paid, when I asked how they would handle sales tax paid they said it wasn’t on that vehicle (which they did find on their website. ). They would not honor their advertising and we left the dealership and purchased at Jackie Cooper Nissan in Tulsa. I would NOT recommend Superior Nissan in Fayetteville,Arkansas. I have found out since then that this has happened to other people as well. More

Excellent service everytime I've never had a bad experience here from buying a car (bought 2) to getting my oil changed or car serviced. The staff are always friendly and not pushy like you'll find at some dealers. Even when I couldn't buy a car right away (car had been totaled but waiting on insurance) and I explained I couldn't buy anything and wasn't sure when I could. Jacob ended up helping me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. I shopped around at some other places while still waiting on insurance but I finally ended up back at Superior. Their customer service really is above the rest and Jacob could have just walked away instead of listening to my needs when I told him there was no way for me to buy a car that day or even that week. I appreciated it so much that by the time I was back I knew exactly what I wanted. Jacob managed to find on their lot a brand new Nissan Rogue with hardly any miles. And I love it! More

No high pressure! We found a used Altima online but were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a brand new Altima at a comparable price. The dealership is super friendly and not pushy. They were extremely busy the night we were there but did everything they could to make us comfortable. More
