Michael Knight was very courteous and provided all information necessary for me to become a Hyundai Leasing Customer. Needless to say I did not make my appointment at Middletown Honda. Loved the fact that I didn't have to return my Honda to Middletown and Michael took care of everything pertaining to returning my CRV for me. Another big selling point was the amount I was quoted didn't change when I sat down with the Finance Manager. Being in the dealership for 6 hours was a little too long for me but it all in all it was a very favorable experience. More

Professional I inquired about a used car that they had late one night . I requested an email reply. Early the next day i received an email from liam. I needed an email response because i cant use the phone at times, they respected that, they didnt hound me with a thousand phone calls at 9 am, when i called and left a message, liam called me back within 5 minutes. Very polite, professional, and helpful . Knew his vehicle well. Im sorry i couldnt move faster and get the car it was beautiful. They sell quality vehicles.
