EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I will never refer anyone to this dealership after this experience. Your sales manager lacks the understanding of what customer service means!! The faulty part in my car still hasn't been replaced even tho having a defroster that doesn't work does endanger my life and anyone who may rise with me in the car but your sales manager seems to not care about that and only cares about the fact that if he were to give me another car instead of the faulty one he won't be able to resell it for what I bought it for because I took it off the lot. Talk about greed!!! More
