We purchased 3 Hyundai from Suresky, and a 4th in 2020 from a Rockland Hyundai dealership because Suresky couldn't get us a workable apt during Covid. For the first time since 2008 we had a problem with o from a Rockland Hyundai dealership because Suresky couldn't get us a workable apt during Covid. For the first time since 2008 we had a problem with our 2020 Venue car. After a prolonged exchange I had the car towed to Suresky for service. The service dept couldn't help with us loaner, then lied about having an agreement with Enterprise on a rental, gave us a "diagnostic" time estimate of 3-5 days. Once the car was towed to the Suresky lot they reneged and said the car wouldn't be looked at until approximately 7-10 business days. This was despite the fact that we had the error code already diagnosed prior to the tow in. Because of this we had to have the car towed a second time to another mechanic who agreed to look at the car within a reasonable time. The entire experience has been atrocious, expensive and unbelievably inconvenient. We expected Suresky to at least give us an answer in a reasonable amount of time and not leave us stranded, lied to and dismissed. Now instead of loyal Suresky Hyundai customers we will never recommend them to anyone and we let anyone who asks us about our car know how we were treated. If we were treated like this after 4 car purchases can you imagine how you will be treated after only one. More
