Almost perfect I scheduled my car appointment for 7 am, but it was delayed several hours because I put my keys in the wrong part of the drop box. My fault, but to be I scheduled my car appointment for 7 am, but it was delayed several hours because I put my keys in the wrong part of the drop box. My fault, but to be fair, the box is badly marked, doesn't work well, and I was never called to inquire as to the location of my keys. There was a person st the desk when I dropped off my car. Why did I have to use the box anyway? More
