I worked with Joe Vizzi for the third time. This time I was turning in a leased Pilot, and downsizing to a Civic. I am recently divorced with a poor credit rating so I knew helping me would be a Big challenge. Along comes Joe Vizzi to my rescue! Joe spent many hours trying to get me into the car I had chosen. He kept me aware of what was going on and was always optimistic that my deal would be approved. He was right!!! I drove away with my new car really feeling Joe put 100% into helping me. He was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the service at Sussex Honda-I would highly reccommend them to all my friends and family. If there is a way to make you happy Joe and Sussex Honda will find it! I also want to applaud the finance manager for working his magic. My experience couldn't have been better-thanks Joe!!! More

I test drove the vehicle and was interested in moving forward with purchasing it. The purchase included trading-in a vehicle and Joe made the whole process smooth and painless. I did my research on the value of my trade-in and the value of the truck I was purchasing. When we talked numbers, Joe was right in-line with a good deal on the pricing. With just a little bit of back-and-forth, we came to a deal I was very happy with. Within two and a half hours from the time I walked in, I was leaving with my new truck and feeling fantastic about the whole process. Joe is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pre-owned (or new) vehicle. More

I used consumer reports and USAA for my pricing information. I also visited 5 dealerships in 2 months in NJ & NY finding the right vehicle for my family. I'm tough to please to say the least. The staff at Sussex Honda was the most professional, easiest to deal with, and by far the BEST PRICE (they beat consumer reports!). I was very specific with our needs and they bent over backwards to assist us. They actually almost gave away our business to another dealer to speed up the delivery because what we wanted (2009 pilot touring, NAV/RES) was hard to find. We found it elsewhere, but were so angry with our treatment that we returned to Sussex Honda because of their professionalism and honesty. We actually accepted our third choice of vehicle color because we were so comfortable with how we were helped. Jeff Lasala, our salesman, knew so much about the Pilot and its fetures, you would think he helped design it. The sales manager, Mike, was bottom-line honest and fair; couldn't ask for more. The finance guy, Jackson, who does all money paperwork and warraty sales pitch, was awesome as well. He was disarmingly honest and not to mention should do stand-up comedy. Bottom line, we couldn't have been happier. We just drove it home today. More
Difficult to deal with. Want to get every single profit out of your pocket. Quoted me one price and raised it by $2,000 a few days later. They will just waste your time by giving you false information and try to settle on the price THEY want. Have absolutely no knowledge about the cars they sell. Most importantly, don't deal with Joe Vizzi. He is a very dishonest salesman. Take your business elsewhere if you can. More
Since 1999 I have purchased 3 Honda's from Sussex Honda, each time the experience just gets better. To be somewhat fair the last 2 were purchased dealing with the Internet team! This basically means that at the time I walked in the door the transaction was just about set. This latest transaction for a 2008 Honda Civic LX with Judy was great. I went back and forth with her at least 20 times via e-mail on price, options, financing, etc. When I did finally speak to her she was very polite and helpful!End state I purchased the car for $16,884 (MSRP 18,395), that's over $200 BELOW dealer invoice! More
