My Review Of Sussex Honda:

My mother had previously done business with Joe Vizzi at Sussex Honda, purchasing her CR-V in 2006. She was very pleased with both her purchase and the service she has received from Joe over the years and insisted that I deal with him when searching for a new car myself. When I first visited Sussex Honda, I proceeded straight to Joe, bypassing the hard sellers waiting in the parking lot. From the moment that I begun working with Joe, my experience had proven to be excellent. Joe provided superb information, service, and attention. Additionally, my experience with him was completely pressure free. Joe truly made me feel and understand that he was genuinely invested in my best interests. In addition to my experience with Joe Vizzi, financing with Dan Pole was also a pleasure. Dan was friendly, informative, and like Joe, provided a level of service unparalleled by any other dealer I had investigated. The entire experience at Sussex Honda was informative, pressure free, and extremely pleasant. My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Joe Vizzi went out of his way to help us purchase our 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL. He was well informed about the car and pointed out all of its capabilities and options. He was courteous and attentive and never made us feel pressured. The whole process took less than an hour and we quickly came up with an acceptable contract. The next afternoon we picked up our car as scheduled and again, the process was quick and simple and Joe once again made us feel comfortable and confident about the purchase. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family when appropriate.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

We had been searching on line for a quality used car for our daughter. Joe replied promptly to our internet requests, when we stopped by the dealership he was prepared, friendly & extremely helpful. He helped us find a car that is safe, stylish & good on gas; perfect for a brand new driver. Joe was knowledgeable about the vehicles & we felt good about getting the best deal for our money. It was a great first car shopping experience for our daughter, we will definitely be returning soon for our next family vehicle!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

What can I say but all good things about Kevin Burke and the wonderful experience he gave us during the process of buying our new Accord!! He was thoughtful towards me the whole time and explained everything clearly and confidently! We've been pretty much everywhere looking for the perfect vehicle and experienced lots of dealerships and salesmen... This was by far the best experience at Sussex Honda!
Kevin treated us with respect and genuine care which we truly appreciated!! Not to mention he taught us how to set up the cars features with ease! I will definitely recommend Kevin and Sussex Honda to all my friends and family!! Thank you Kevin Burke!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

The transaction was good and the overall experience satisfying. The car we picked up on a Saturday afternoon broke down 10 miles after leaving. The dealership immediately provided a loaner and corrected the issue by Monday plus provided a set of floor mats. I'm impressed with the dealership but not happy about the quality of the vehicle.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time making sure we understood the pricing. Once we purchased the vehicle he then spent extra time showing us all the updated equiptment in our vehicle and how to use it. I would never have figured how to use the bluetooth for example without his help. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had in a long time,and i would certainly recommend Gary and this dealership again.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Have been using Sussex Honda for approximate. 20 years. Always come back due to the honest, friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful people. Had been using the same salesman, Roger Gibbons who finally retired (miss him). Dealt with Eileen and Gary who were both a pleasure to work with. You always feel like you matter at their dealership, not just another sale. Gary went through my new accord coupe with me to make sure I knew how everything worked. This was the first dealership that ever did that with me (starting with Roger). I did go to two other honda dealers closer to my home, but you just don't get the service, treatment or price you do with Sussex Honda. They have a customer for life. Thanks Eileen and Gary - love my car!!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Our family has dealt with Sussex Honda for over 25 years and have always had a positive experience with regard to both sales and service. All individuals we have dealt with in the entire dealership are friendly, honest, and completely customer oriented. Our most recent experience, as usual, was excellent. Padraig gave us a complete "orientation" to our new car, anticipated most of our questions and answered them all with patience and good humor.
