I never gave up and ended up 1.5 hours from my home after seeing the exact Atlas Cross sport I wanted. I essentially dealt 100% online with not only the new Atlas Cross Sport, but also my trade. Alison was fantastic. She referred me to Todd for the pick up of the vehicle who was equally as fantastic. Tommy with the finance department had everything completed upon my arrival. Pretty sure I'm being lied to. Brought my daughter's vehicle to VW for a coolant leak. She was in Costa Rica and the vehicle sat but according to the odometer reading notes it was Brought my daughter's vehicle to VW for a coolant leak. She was in Costa Rica and the vehicle sat but according to the odometer reading notes it was used 300 miles between repairs. It wasn't. I went in 3/4/25 for the leak and paid $713 then on 5/17/25 took it back for the coolant leak that I realized wasn't fixed when I went to move her car (she was still in Costa Rica). Was charged $529 and told it was just for parts for a new coolant leak. Keep in mind she came home last week from Costa Rica and is living in Pittsburgh right now without the car. Again not really used. Took it out last week to get gas in it since she was coming home sat/sun. Windshield wiper fluid is full doesn't spray. Just sat at sutliff 7:50 am - 9:25 am to be told it's $321 to fix and they need to order a part. I said no because this worked prior to the repairs and I feel it should be covered. More
