Went in for second service (20K) miles; no notes or comments from the advisor regarding what was being completed other than an oil change….so why does it take over an hour to have my oil changed when I comments from the advisor regarding what was being completed other than an oil change….so why does it take over an hour to have my oil changed when I actually made an appointment and showed up 7 minutes early? I will not be coming back unless warranty work is required. More

Failure to communicate. Ordered 2 new key fobs. Arrived in a few days. Appointment to program keys a week later. It was found that one fob was incorrectly cut. A new one was Ordered 2 new key fobs. Arrived in a few days. Appointment to program keys a week later. It was found that one fob was incorrectly cut. A new one was to be ordered. Would take 1-2 days for it to arrive. Once arrived, I was supposed to be called to let me know that I could schedule a time to drive back to Sutliff to program all keys that I had along with new fob. Can’t schedule an appointment if fob isn’t there, right? Well, three weeks later and no call. So I called and asked why I hadn’t received a call and whether the fob had arrived. I was basically told “Whoopsie, it’s here. No idea why no one called you.” This from the lady that scheduled my first service and was the same one that said one fob was miscut and that a replacement was being ordered. SHE should have been the one to follow through and call me!! So, in other words, “Whoopsie, I didn’t follow through with the requirement and call you to schedule once we had it.” Professional and being accountable failure. More
