Brought my vehicle here for it's 6 month/ 5k mile service. I had an appointment, but the work still took 1.5 hours despite mostly being inspection related and a tire rotation. After receiving my vehi service. I had an appointment, but the work still took 1.5 hours despite mostly being inspection related and a tire rotation. After receiving my vehicle back, their poor quality workmanship was on full display. Wrong oil change sticker date and oil type placed on the windshield, tires inflated to higher than recommended psi without explanation. I called to inquire about why the tires were overinflated and never received a call back. Swickard Toyota did not live up to their claim of having a world-class service department. If they can't get these simple jobs right, I would not trust them for any other actual vehicle work. More

Worst. Experience. Ever. Not only did they lie about inventory and MANDATORY executive package, but they also cheated the bank by letting their fingers "sl Experience. Ever.
