Communication was excellent; the assessment included detailed printed information (what covered, specifications) and supporting video assessment. The work was completed in the time estimated. We are the original owners of two Toyota vehicles, 100% dealer maintained well beyond the warranty periods. The performance and milage are the same as when purchased. This dealership certainly does good work. It’s got to be one of the busier Toyota dealers in the Northwest. I just wish there was one closer to me where I live in Port Townsend. They would wash your car after servicing. It’s nice to get a brown bear pass hassle to find a brown bear wash.
