My visit was OK and checking in was much quicker than previous visit. However, they did not take my paperwork that showed that I had a maintenance agreement because they said it was all in computer and w previous visit. So they didn’t change the filer for me for my 70 k mile check in. Otherwise Service and detailing was very good. More
shady. we dropped our car off on 3/30/25 with no issue besides a flat tire. needed to get tires that were ordered. got the car back with a check engine ligh we dropped our car off on 3/30/25 with no issue besides a flat tire. needed to get tires that were ordered. got the car back with a check engine light, and immediately asked the advisor why it popped up. proceeded to tell me that the light was flashing when he brought it in and said that itd be another appointment. used my own obd2 reader and was able to get the issue sorted out. seemed like they were just trying to get money out of me. Great experience. Little to no pressure, clean showroom and cars, pleasant staff. Less than two hours from walking on to the lot to driving away in a brand new car. This review has a little bit added on it from when I bought my car in November. The buying experience was great here with Bill Garcia and Eric Goulet. Fast foward to Middle January I still had not recei bought my car in November. The buying experience was great here with Bill Garcia and Eric Goulet. Fast foward to Middle January I still had not received my license plate. I was able to get ahold of both of them and were able to check on the current status of them. There was a mixup as I requested my purple heart plates. I went down the following day to pick up the plates in which were only the regular plates not the ones I had requested. I talked to finance manager Goulet, and he said, "Go to the dmv. Have them switch out the plates, take a picture of the recipe, and I will reimburse you with my own money. Eric was true to his word as he did reimburse me. In today's world, not many people stay true to either word. I really commend him for this! Service thust far has been outstanding! Again, Eric has been on top of it, answering any and all questions I have had. 5 stars More
