This place is absolute trash. We thought we did our due diligence, did our research, and chose this place based on reviews. Weeks later, my credit is screwed with no resolve-> due to the dealership dropping the ball and not contacting the previous finance company and delaying the payoff check. Absolutely not worth it...... if you decide to go-> bug them and stay on top of it until you know they actually did their job... .. or you could end up watching your credit fall over 100 points overnight, all while hashing it out with a finance company because the dealership washed their hands with it the moment we signed papers and left. I recently bought a car from this Honda location and their customer service is horrible. They told me the car would include tags, licensing, and mats. The salesman (Matt) lied to me and I called because obviously I thought all of that would be included. Well they somehow tried to blame it on me. I talked with one of the sales managers (whoever isn’t Tom) and he basically made it seem like it was all my fault and that I cheated them. Disgusting. More
