Service department is a complete disappointment. I have been taking my 2013 FJ there since I purchased it. They are never on time and it’s always 2 to 3 hours. I tolerated this until my last exp I have been taking my 2013 FJ there since I purchased it. They are never on time and it’s always 2 to 3 hours. I tolerated this until my last experience. 3.5 hours waiting and they could not complete the service because they did not have parts. They said they worked order them and contact me. It’s been over a month and I have yet to be contacted. I reached and they stated someone would get back to me. Never happened. I would avoid this dealership. Not worth the hassle and the service department is the a joke. More
I purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Tansky and I have continued to go there for maintenance and tires. I continue to be happy with the service. Matt Bollinger was my service advisor yesterday. He have continued to go there for maintenance and tires. I continue to be happy with the service. Matt Bollinger was my service advisor yesterday. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient :) Moving forward, I plan to always ask for Matt! He is a great asset to Tansky!!! More

Good service. It took a while because they had to run diagnostic tests and then install some items. I originally signed up for a Saturday appointment, but when I got there, they said they didn't have the mechanics to do diagnostics. I had to leave and reschedule the appointment. That is the reason I'm not giving a 5. The system should not have let me reserve a date and time when service was not available. More
