My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
My experience at TARBOX Hyundai was very positive. The entire staff, including the service dept, were very friendly. I had done much research regarding the vehicle of choice and was prepared to visit several dealerships. This was my second visit, and was hoping to reach an acceptable price since this dealership is nearest to my residence. I was very pleased when Eddy made me an offer that was hard to pass by. This saved me a lot of time in finalizing my decision.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
My experience with Tarbox Hyundai was an exceptional one. I had no serious intentions of buying a new vehicle, and a Hyundai no less, until working with Ryan Burns. At my husbands suggestion we went window shopping at Tarbox Hyundai that day. I was in the market for a 4x4 vehicle and ended up with a nice little Sonata. I have to say, if it wasn't for Ryan Burns going above and beyond for me, I would never have gone back to Tarbox Hyundai after deciding on a car versus a truck. Now a fan of Tarbox and Hyundai, I will not hesitate to recommend Ryan, Tarbox, and Hyundai to my family and friends. Thank you!

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
I first contacted the dealership by email to ask why they had several Genesis Coupes on the lot while dealerships in CT had none. I was impressed by the response I received from Jared. On my next trip to RI I stopped by their lot on a Sunday just to see what the cars looked like. I then emailed them again to let them know when I would be up there to test drive the Coupe. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The car is more power than I had every experienced. There was no pressure to buy from anybody. On the next trip to RI I got more serious about the Coupe and a deal was presented to me and my wife which was well within our budget and actually was better than what I expected. I've had the car for just a few days and am enjoying every minute I'm in the 3.8 Coupe - it's a great car. By the way, I live in South Central CT.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
I bought a "new Hyundai Sonata on Fri. Saturday morn I had to return it because the car pulled badly to the left and the car vibrated.They put new tires on which corrected the pulling to the left but there was still a vibration which could be felt thru the steering wheel. The service manager said this was normal for Hyundais and he could do nothing further to correct my problem. R.I. has no buyers remorse law or I would have returned it on day one.As it is now I have to wait a whole month for Hyundais area rep to look at my car.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
I had the pleasant experience of not having to bargin the price. I was shown the Senata and Jeff discounted the price, making the offer impossible to refuse. The finance gentleman, I forgot his name, checked different financial services to get me the best loan rate. Never had I received the service I received at Tarbox Hyundai. The time period of closing the deal, securing the finance and driving away with my new Senata, was exceptionally fast. Thanks for a most pleasant buying experience.

i found my experienct to be fairly good. i have purchased a few new cars in my life and i foun tarbox to be easy to deal with. the staff was friendly and helpful during the process. i probably could have purchased the same vehicle for less at another dealer but i had heard good feedback about tarbox. i hav yet to get the special order item that was supposed to come with mmy new car so i am a little put off by their lack of follow through on that matter. otherwise my experience has been positive. we will see if that continues when i need to have my vehicle serviced.

John was very helpful. We came in to check out the Elantra. John took all our info and we were test driving an Elantra in under 30 min. His laid back no nonsense approach made us very comfortable.If all the Tarbox employees are like John we will be Tarbox customers for many years to come.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, without pushing a deal down my throat. When financing issues arose, Ted went the extra mile and the deal was successfully made. All of my questions were answered in an honest and informative way. All in all, a good experience: I got the right car at a decent price and was treated like a human being.

My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
We (my wife and I) went to Tarbox to "look" at the 2009 Sonata. We were pretty sure we wanted a Honda Accord but decided to look at the Sonata before we made a final decision. We were very impressed with John's knowledge of the vehicle. We drove it and liked it. We negotiated a good (fair) price for the vehicle and we decided to purchase it on the spot. It has only been a couple of weeks but we have not had any problems with the vehicle and enjoy driving it very much. Overall, a good experience!
