My Review of Tarbox Hyundai:
I bought a 2007 Prius and had to go back for a Manual which should have been in the glove box. The salesman had a time and date to meet me but was nowhere to be found so someone else helped me after I waited a long time.
No one called to tell me the plates were in so I drove around with an expired temporary license for a few days. They knew when I was coming in and the salesman was supposed to put the plates on for me but he was again nowhere to be found so the Service Dept. took care of this, though I wasted time while they tried to locate him.
About a month after I purchased the car, the clock fell back in the dashboard. I drove in for instant service but found I had to make my first service appointment to have the dash pulled. I found a plastic piece in my glove box which probably belonged behind the clock in the dash and should have been where it belonged.
But I give them pretty good reviews because these problems are solved and I love the car.
