We made an offer on a used car on Saturday 9/7. The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. On our way home he called and said he could knock another $1,000 off the price (leaving us $500 apar The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. He called back 10 minutes later and said they could do it! We filled out an on-line credit application from home right away. We did not hear anything all day Monday. We called Monday night and we were told the finance person was on the phone and she would call us as soon as she got off the phone. No call. We called the salesman who assured us he would look into it and get back to us. No call. We heard nothing again on Tuesday. We called back Wednesday around 4 pm and were told by the salesman that "oh yeah" I should have called you. We umm sold the car on Monday I think". I asked to speak with the sales manager and wanted his name. He told me he was with a customer and would call me back. I again, asked for the sales managers name. He would not give it to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life! We had a deal and were "ghosted" by the salesman and the finance department. My mother has bought several cars from this dealership in the past. Mr. Tasca should be embarrassed by the way his current sales staff treats customers! More

Totally took advantage of my wife and mother in law. They bought me a used truck and said they would stand behind it if anything went wrong. Since I was over 30 days I expected to have to pay for repairs but they would not work with me on price at all. Typical used car salesmen. Empty promises. Avoid them like the plague. You wont be satisfied. More

We originally went with Tasca to order our 2025 Ford Explorer st. We had some issues during purchase , we originally had approval through Navigant bank. But we were told that we needed to go through Explorer st. We had some issues during purchase , we originally had approval through Navigant bank. But we were told that we needed to go through Ford finance and it would remain within Navigant bank. When we sat down with Finance we were given a different dollar amount for Gap insurance then we were quoted through Navigant bank. We ended up leaving and returning with a check from our bank to lock in our best pricing since Ford Finance would not honor it. We felt extreme pressure to have this sale finalized before the end of the month, just two days after Ford received shipment of our vehicle. I even spoke with the sales manager and still felt my issues and concerns were not heard, rather just passified to get the vehicle sold, by the end of the month. Even being told that the price could change the next day even after signing a purchase and sales agreement. There were some chips in the paint , and several scratches in the plastic molding. That we brought to our salesman’s attention , he attempted to have them fixed hastily before pickup but they were not to our standard. The salesman assured us he would fix them after we took delivery and after we reached out several times after purchase to check on the status of scheduling a repair for our issues. The lack of timely response and nonchalant attitude, let to us going elsewhere to correct the paint issues on a brand new car. The car was not detailed or even clean before pickup. When we got it home we checked tire pressure after learning it is normally over inflated during shipping, and it was at 58 psi when the normal psi is 33. This is our 5th Ford vehicle and we are overall not satisfied with Tasca Ford of Cranston and would not recommend this dealer to other customers , nor do we seek to use them for future purchases.
