Great experience a sales force that hears your needs and fulfills them. Not high pressure. We have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 9 years and by far this dealership(Dick Norris) was actually an enjo fulfills them. Not high pressure. We have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 9 years and by far this dealership(Dick Norris) was actually an enjoyable purchase. When my wife and I decided which vehicle we wanted we went to several dealerships and found the exact model and features we wanted. We test drove the vehicle and decided the Terrain was the vehicle for us. I sent an e-mail to all the local dealers told them exactly what we wanted(color-model-features)if they could provide this exact request contact us by e-mail ONLY no phone calls and give us your best price. The very next morning at 7:55 A.M. the 1st call comes in from a dealership. She had no idea what color or model we were looking for totally unprepared and obviously could not follow a simple request. Out of 5 dealers this happened 4 times. Dominick at Dick Norris was the only person that listened and followed our simple request. He sent an e-mail stating that he had everything we requested in stock except the color but he could order it if necessary. He invited us to come in and look at what he had in stock and gave us a good price on that vehicle. 2 days later we received a card in the mail from Dominick inviting us to come in, we did and purchased the 2011 Terrain that he had in stock and it had exactly what we asked for and my wife loved the color. Where do I start? My Husband and I spent two days in Clearwater shopping for used cars. Needless to say, we spoke to quite a few salesmen. From the moment we met Sean Hamza he blew us away with his enthusiasm, friendliness, and willingness to make us a great offer! We were thrilled to find him after two days of dealership disapointments from all around Clearwater. Sean was there to greet us with a smile and the rest just fell into place. My husband and I decided that we wanted to trade up and get into a larger vehicle. We had a limited amount of cash to put with the trade, as financing was not an option for us. Sean showed us a beautiful 2004 Buick Rendezvous that blew us away! Our immediate thought was that there was no way we were going to get into this beautiful vehicle, but we did! Dick Norris offered us top dollar for our trade, which was not the case anywhere else in Clearwater, and we were happy to do buisness with them! The entire staff at Dick Norris were very friendly and made us feel very much at home and comfortable. We cannot say enouph about our experience. It was fantastic! After literally walking away from the table at Autoway and Crowne because they were not willing to work the numbers, Dick Norris Buick GMC and Sean Hamza did what it took to make us a great deal and we are thrilled, to say the least! The kids and I are enjoying our "new" ride! I would highly recomend this fantastic dealership and Sean to anyone. So, if you decide to pay them a visit, get ready for a very rewarding experience! As you can imagine, we were a little skeptical about buying a car in another state, from someone we didn't know. However, everything worked out perfectly. Our salesperson was Sean Hamza, he was very honest, professional and courteous, described the truck very accurately, no surprises. Sean even picked us up at the airport and bought our lunch on the way to the dealership!! Overall, the price, quality and appearance of the truck, and customer serivce at the dealership was excellent. I would highly recommend Sean and Dick Norris GMC to anyone in the market for a quality used car. More
My latest experience with this dealer was exceptional. My oldest son has a 1999 Buick Regal GS. The steering lock in the steering column froze. The key couldn't be turned or removed from the column. I restore muscle cars and thought this would be a good father and son project. The project quickly spun out of control, because of the complexity of this component. The service manager took the time to explain how to do this job, ran off an exploded view of the column and told us what would need to be done at the dealership. He told us about the 15 different keys and the lock cylinder controlling the key cutting procedure. The parts department even offered to cut any keys for free if we bought them there. I have never experienced this level of help at any other dealership. I am also not ever taking on this job again. All my contacts with sales and service personnel have been excellent during all my visits to Dick Norris Buick / GMC. More

I travelled to Clearwater, Fl for Thanksgiving when I experienced engine problems with my 2008 Yukon Denali. From the moment I set foot in the dealership everyone was very cordial. The salesman and GM both went out of their way to ensure I got what I was looking for. Don't want to make to them into 'little gods' but they couldn't have done anything more to make my buying experience better. They both showed me a number of vehicles from whack to choose from. The experience didn't stop their ... they turned me over to the Financial Manage who took the time and go over the documents line by line until my mature mind understood what I was getting myself into. The only negative thing I can say about this dealership is that it isn't closer to where I live! I'm sure that if I were to take my vehicle into them for service, that I would get the some type of treatment from the Service Department ... if not, I would be surprised. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone else ... well, as Sara Palin would say ..."You betcha!" More
My husband purchased a truck from this dealership approximately 2 weeks ago. Salesman was friendly, however, misrepresented gas mileage per gallon at 15 city, 20 highway. This was also represented on the advertisement online for the truck. After driving the truck for 2 weeks, gas mileage per gallon averaged 11 to at most 12 miles per gallon. I contacted the dealership via email to ascertain what my husband's options were as he was dissatisfied with the vehicle's gas mileage and my husband also called the dealership advising of the misrepresentation on the gas mileage and that he was dissatisfied and wanted to return the truck. They told my husband that he would receive a call back to discuss, but no one responded to either his phone call or my email. I went in to the dealership personally 5 days later as no one had contacted either one of us. Dominick knew about the email and telephone call, but was unable to provide a reason why he had not called to resolve the situation. They advised that they would not take the truck back, but could not provide a reason as to why. Iexplained that he had in the past 2 weeks added new tires and other accessories to the truck giving it more value than when he purchased it, however, they still would not consider taking it back. He provided no options and did not seem to care about the situation. I finally asked Dominick if he could let us know if they received a truck in that actually had good gas mileage and advised what type of vehicle that was so that we could then possibly trade the truck in which he advised they could do. After much thought, however, my husband and I do not want to do business with Dick Norris in the future as we feel they misrepresented their product to us lying in person and through advertisement to get the sale and then provided us with the worst customer service we have ever been provided. They have shown us that they do not care the least bit about their customers only about turning a profit. In our opinion, they are not a reputable car dealership and I would not recommend doing business with this dealership ever. This isn't the first time we have purchased a vehicle. We have lived in Pinellas County for over 20 years and have purchased numerous vehicles over the years. We have never had a bad experience with a car dealership up until this point having dealt with such dealerships as Crown, Maher Chevrolet, and Countryside Ford to name a few. All have been fair and honest. I guess in hindsight my husband should have been more cautious and done more research before purchasing this truck, however, based on past experiences, he trusted that the salesperson after listening to his needs was being truthful. He would have never purchased this truck had he been told the truth about the gas mileage. This was something he addressed with the salesman and was very clear about. A lesson learned for us. Buyer beware. More

BUYER/CUSTOMER beware, this dealership will tell you anything in order to get paid, they will go as far as rigging a job they very well know they CAN NOT DO and when you come to pick your car up, they will make every excuse to justify their shoty work. In our case we dropped a pontiac in for repairs. They told us it would take 3 days. 2 weeks later we practically had to beg for a loaner car because the car wasn't done. 2 weeks after that we finally got a call that the car was done. When we went to pick up the car the work they had contracted out was in every way possible completely wrong! When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were basically told, thats the best we can do here, if you don't like it that's your problem, now give us our keys to the loaner back , if you don't want your car walk home. More
