Great customer service I received great customer service on 03/30/2016. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Emile who helped me ou I received great customer service on 03/30/2016. I also mentioned that there was water dripping from under the dash and Emile and the service tech determined the cause of the leak, ordered the parts and informed me it will take about a week for them to arrive. The service staff at Taska is outstanding. More

He is always there to try to help me with the frustration that I was experiencing because of the issue. It is awesome when someone else understands why your frustrated with a car because of an issue that not only you hear but the advisor and technician do as well. So thank you Emile for getting things done so fast. The technician Mike was awesome as well the patience he had with trying to figure out the issue was great it was much appreciated! Would recommend these two to anyone with a GM. The Waiting room is out of this world, starbucks, Rochs sandwiches, water, apples, hot chocolate, masage chairs and TV with all the channels! Friendly and accommodating personnel My vehicle went in for a 15,000 mile checkup. It was fully explained what work would be done and at what cost. If additional problems were found, I would be notified prior to what other work had to be done and what the cost would be. Fortunately, my vehicle didn't have any other issues. The personnel are very friendly and efficient in their work. I left my vehicle for the day but should you wait, there is a nice waiting room area with plenty of refreshments available. Starbucks coffee, bottled water, pastries and fruit were all complimentary. I have been to other dealerships when owning prior vehicles, but the refreshments were not to this extent. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. More

Always great service I bought my vehicle new from Tasca and took advantage of the free oil changes for the 1st 24,000 miles. During this time I was very happy with how they always treated me. So after those free services I decided to still use them for service to see if they were the same. And they are. I am always able to make an appointment quickly. My vehicle is always done when I need it to be. They call me to update me if the vehicle may need something or just to let me know when it is ready. This may not seem like much to some people, but I have had previous service places that don't call you when your vehicle is ready, or keep it 2-3 days longer because "they just couldn't get to it on time", or they repair it improperly, etc. The service manager always explains what needs to be done in detail and why it needs to be done. Then explains it all when you pick it up. Plus they clean the interior and exterior for every service, even if I just bring it in for an oil change. Couldn't be happier and will definitely keep going to Tasca and recommending them to friends More
