I purchased a new 4-door Jeep Wrangler Sahara from this dealership in 2008 and have been bringing it in for service exclusively. The Service Dept. has done an exceptional job to earn my trust and to do t dealership in 2008 and have been bringing it in for service exclusively. The Service Dept. has done an exceptional job to earn my trust and to do the right thing when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Recently, my radiator had to be serviced and I was informed that my warranty had expired by 1,000 miles and wouldn't be covered. Having a new baby and looking to move, I was was concerned that I would not have the funds to pay for the repairs and began considering trading it in for a new vehicle. This was very discouraging for me since I had traveled cross country with my Jeep to visit every state in America (reaching 38), and planned to finish my trip sometime in the future. The service dept. was able to come through for me, however, by contacting the warranty company and requested to have them honor the service repair even though the warranty had expired. They agreed, since I have been a loyal customer, and I was able to afford the repairs needed and most importantly, keep my vehicle. I have been to other dealerships/mechanics in the past (with previous vehicles) and always seemed to have had a hard time trusting the way the serviced my vehicles, possible costing me at lot of money. I have not experienced the level of commitment to customer service as I have with the service dept. here at White Plains Jeep Chrysler. A special thanks goes out to Victor, Dana, Rena and Roland for always being so helpful in assisting with the servicing of my vehicle. As well as Guy Forgione who was very helpful and patient in my consideration of another vehicle. I would also like to acknowledge Augie DiFeo and Joe Demascio for running a great dealership which has earned by trust and continued business. Thank you all and wishing you a Happy New Year! More

I just took my car to service there for a diagnostic. I read the reviews on this page prior to going there. I needed a diagnostic on my car,I'm having problems with a car that I recently purchased and no m read the reviews on this page prior to going there. I needed a diagnostic on my car,I'm having problems with a car that I recently purchased and no mechanic could tellme what was wrong with it. When I spoke on the phone with Tony at parts, I explained the problems to him and said that I needed to know what was wrong with it. Since they had good reviews I figure it would be the best place to take it to. I was wrong, not only because of the service he provided but because of how he treated us after the second day of my car being there with no results. He lied to us and told us he did the diagnostic and the computer and several other things were wrong with the car, and we better off trading in it in. We asked to speak to the mecahnic our selves to find that no diagnostic had been made yet only a gueesstimate.Not to mentioned the fact that we had to rent a acar and leave my car there over night, the next day After 5 hours of being there we finally had the diagnostic done. They told us a totally different story, the computer and must of the parts were ok, we only wanted to change one part. We waited 5 hours for them to receive the part and when we asked why was it taking so long, he told us to take the car if we didnt like it.He then acted very rude to us it was not until the manager for prts dept hector came toour rescue. Hegave us a car to go home and wait until the next day to pick u the car with no guarantee that the part would solve the problem. I would not recomed this dealer to any one, would want people to go thru the same experience. I feel that they just want to sell you a car and not help you solve the problem. We picked up the car today and it's worst than when we took it there. More

I was still working at IBM and when I dropped my car off, they arranged for transportation to my job. If my car needed something other than what I brought in for service, I always received a call. They always worked with me as far as finances and deciding what the most important thing to have serviced first. I always feel like they extend themselves beyond the call of duty to extend customer service. I have recommended them to my friends, whether they have a Chrysler or not. I feel special and well treated. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give them an 11. They are the best. More
