I am so glad that my partner and I chose Tasca. The day we went we were immediately greeted by Sonangie and she took care of us right away. Since the car was available she took us out to check it out and we were sold on the car. We ran into some hiccups on our end but within 2-3 days we were able to get the car. She made sure that paperwork and all went through, updated us in a timely matter and before we knew it we got the call to pick up our car, Pearl, Suburu Crosstrek 2024. Thank you Sonangie, for making us feel comfortable working with you. She also speaks Spanish! INCOMPETENT. Made arrangements to come out to look at two cars, confirmed availability the day before at 3pm, for an early appointment the next day. I live in NW Jersey and drove 1.5 hours to Yonkers, only to find out that one vehicle that somehow got moved to another dealership, between the 3 pm confirmation and appointment. So they say.... The other vehicle was disgustingly filthy with a layer of pet hair on the surface of the every nook and cranny of the interior. GROSS. Thank you TASCA Ford Yonkers for wasting my time! More
