I ended up going to Tasca Nissan where I met Josh. I had a car in mind that I knew I liked and Josh found the car I wanted with more features than I expected and it was way under budget! Only.... The car was at the Tasca in Wakefield. No problem! The guys at Tasca drove down to Wakefield and brought the car to East Providence just to see if I liked it. Wow! I loved it and went home with it an hour later. I was impressed with their customer service throughout the facility. Each salesman who passed me asked if they could get me anything and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Once I knew this was the car I wanted, Stefan explained payment options and recommended the extended warranty. He was honest about the warranties and the GAP coverage and thoroughly explained everything that he thought would benefit me. I did not feel at all like he, or anyone at the facility, was just trying to get a sale. I really felt as though they were trying their best to work with my needs and did what they could to make me happy. And I am! Thanks, guys! The only issue I had was that my right back window does not roll back up properly (which Josh did warn me about). Josh assured me they would check the window before I took the car home, but I don't think they did. I tried the window a couple of days later and it was getting stuck. I wouldn't hesitate to take the car back to Tasca Nissan, however. More

Exceptional service on all levels starting with my salesman Ryan Demers to his manager Lou Rezendes to the finance person Stefan Andreozzi. very friendly atmosphere no sales pressure, which was very nice. my salesman Ryan, drove me to pick up the Rogue, which I saw online that was at the Dartmouth Store and he drove it part way and I drove it the rest of the way back to the dealership to get the feel of it. As Ryan was driving I could already tell that this was the SUV I wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Tasca. I had test drove a couple of cars at the Tasca woonsocket Store, but none were right for me and I just can't say enough for that dealership too, as the salesman Tim was great as well. this is a very nice chain of Tasca employees as the nicest people person anyone could come in contact with. Of all places, I ended up in East Providence at Tasca Nissan. Let me tell you. These guys are pros. Completely trustworthy and professional. I just bought the coolest car on the lot from these folks - a 2013 A8, top of the line everything. Lowest price on the car I wanted within 500 miles. They gave me top dollar for my trade and delivered the car to me when promised and in immaculate, showroom new condition. This dealership went far beyond what would be expected from a car dealer. They worked tirelessly to ensure that I was satisfied. I was admittedly a bit demanding. However, the collective attitude at Tasca never wavered. They were 100% committed to seeing this transaction through and getting it right. They get my absolute highest recommendation. More
