Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Went to purchase a replacement for my 2007 Jeep Compass, which I had purchased from Tate, and since I had researched the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 as well as the new Compass also the sales person, Ron Cha which I had purchased from Tate, and since I had researched the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200 as well as the new Compass also the sales person, Ron Channel, was very patient in letting us peruse all three vehicles. I found a car online that I liked but when I came to the dealership it wasn't really what I was looking for. After meeting with Joe in the parking lot he informed be of another vehicle I might be interested dealership it wasn't really what I was looking for. I came back 2 days later (I came in on a Saturday afternoon and you were closed on Sunday) for a test drive and fell in LOVE with my new Jeep Patriot. Joe was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and wasn't pushy like other car salesman I've dealt with in the past. The rest of the staff was very friendly and didn't make our buying experience uncomfortable in anyway. My wife and I were moving to Maryland from Hawaii, and she was hoping to have a new Jeep lined up for her as we arrived. Dave Bouchal patiently worked with her over the phone to find exactly what she was she was hoping to have a new Jeep lined up for her as we arrived. Dave Bouchal patiently worked with her over the phone to find exactly what she was looking for, which I know could not have been easy because she is very pickey, detailed and had done her homework. Dave seemed very knowledgable, helpful and nice over the phone, and we hoped that that our initial impressions proved to be accurate when we met him to finish the deal, and it was. My wife fretted the whole trip to Maryland that her Jeep, and/or the deal in general, would not be exactly as she hoped for, even though Dave tried his best to calm her in that he was taking care of everything... as we arrived at the dealership, Dave came out to meet us, and he was indeed a very nice guy. He took us straight to her new Jeep which was sitting off by itself, as if it was waiting just for her, and it was prepped and ready to go... it was exactly what she was looking for, in every detail. The paperwork was also already prepared for her, with no unpleasant surprises. Actually, I don't know how the experience could have gone any smoother. Thanks to Dave Bouchal for doing all the prep work ahead of our arrival to make sure everything was ready and perfect for her... it is such a treat to feel like the salesman is working just for you.
