Dealing with Taylor Ford and Drew was a bittersweet experience. The transit Van is an outstanding vehicle and very appreciated by our church. We paid the full price for the Van, did not get enrolled in Ford Pass for points. The dealership will not return our calls and request for information as to why our X-plan pin number was not used. Sales Staff were excellent. Clean environment and very professional. My needs were met and I didn’t feel pressured. Everything with my paperwork were as presented to me . I worked in Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealerships for 32 years as a Heavy Engine Technician and drove their vehicles. My last Ford was purchased in Manchester, Missouri at Bo Beckman Ford a 1983 F150. Befote that a 1978 Thunderbird, 1976 Mustang II special edition with the 302, etc We were always a Ford family with grandfather retired after 42 years at the Rouge Plant in Tool and Die. But after his passing I lost out on the Z Plan. Proud again to be back with Ford. This is my second car from your Dealership. My last was a 2022 Escape Hybrid which was a great car. So once my lease was up I went back with my same Salesman whom was awesome, knows his product and treats a customer like family. When this new lease is up I’ll be back at his desk for my third vehicle. I’m glad to be back to Ford Country. 🎩 More
