Talked me out of the car I was interested in within 10 mins of being there. I came with a car to trade in and didn’t give me an offer for it. Handed me paperwork to sign without even explaining what the paper work was. I had to ask. Just to find out a little bit after I got there, they finalized the exact vehicle I was there for to be transferred to a different city…. I drove an hour there after making an appt. Just for them to waste my time. More

They have had my car for a month and 14 days and had it less than a month before having transmission problems!! They don't want to return calls to let us know what is going on and always a excuse on why no less than a month before having transmission problems!! They tell us it will be done one day then when we call to go pickup tell us still not and want to tell us another!! I am currently looking into a lawyer!! I would not recommend them to anyone as I will never buy another from here!! More

Found I could not trust the service dept. My 2018 Sportage, which I purchased new, began making a popping sound when I turned the car off. As time went by it began popping when I was stopped in traf Sportage, which I purchased new, began making a popping sound when I turned the car off. As time went by it began popping when I was stopped in traffic. I took it back to Taylor Kia to have it looked at, in fact when I turned it off at the dealership, it made a huge popping sound. I left it with them and they could not find anything wrong nor did they hear the popping sound, which I found hard to believe as it did it all the time. I really expected it to burst into flames every time it made that popping noise. I received a recall on my Sportage and read up on the recall, and cars were catching on fire! When I took it to Taylor Kia in regards to the recall, I asked the attendant if that could have been why I kept hearing the popping noise, he said he didn't see how that could be possible, as it was just a fuse replacement. Low and behold it has completely stopped making that noise, so I guess he didn't know what he was talking about! Although they have always been courteous. More

Run as fast as you can away from this business! They lie to you and to the banks! They refuse to give your money back on a car that you didn’t get!
