The sales team is great, no complaint there. BUT the service department lacks friendliness, ability to return calls or to assist with any issues that cost them money for a warranty that you paid BUT the service department lacks friendliness, ability to return calls or to assist with any issues that cost them money for a warranty that you paid for. By far the worst customer service I have ever encounter in my life. My car sat there for 6 days unlocked and when I text and called them multiple times asking for an update on my car NO RESPONSE. Made no effort to resolve the issue with a car that was purchased brand new from them a year prior. More

Recall Service is a Joke I took my Kia in for 6 recalls, one of which was for tire pressure. Sensor and because two of the four was missing they would not fix. This is horribl I took my Kia in for 6 recalls, one of which was for tire pressure. Sensor and because two of the four was missing they would not fix. This is horrible, they had to replace them all anyway but they found a way out...what a joke!!! More
