Scheduled an appointment for a trade in appraisal, got there, they immediately ran a credit application without my consent, and then starting talking money and numbers.... But during the entire time I was there NOT ONCE did they appraise my trade or make an offer. The ONLY thing they were interested in was the cash amount.
