I have never brought something with some much ease and trust. It took a friend of mine a month to get a car at another dealership and when she had problems they abandoned her. It gives of an aura of a caring family. Jerry, the sales associate I worked with was soooo amazing. He helped me on everything from monthly payment to correcting my credit. My father passed away in May 07 and I haven’t felt so cared for in such a long time. I felt everyone there was rooting for me to get the car even though I went through a lot of issues but I got it in the end. I give customer service a five because he treated me better than family. I give quality of work a five because he put in extra hours. He’d give his all even though he was having personal issues to ensure I’m taken care of. His friendliness was amazing I laughed I smiled I even cried. He made me feel like a person not just a sale. I gave overall experience a five because 10 wasn’t a choice. Jerry is the perfect dealer. The price was manageable and my car is SEXY!! I love the service and I love my car better. Keep hiring people like him. I will defiantly recommend ALL my friends that way. More

I purchased two vehicles within 8 days from Taylor's Auto I purchased two vehicles within 8 days from Taylor's Auto Max in Great Falls. The purchase price for both vehicles was good. That being said The first purchase was a 1999 Chevy Silverado. Two days after I purchased this truck, the check engine light came on. After they checked out the vehicle, they told me that they would do the work for me at "their price." They told me that it would need $1500.00 of work and that I had to pay the $65.00 for the diagnostic. All of this for the vehicle thay they had just sold me that they "thoroughly inspected." After calling and talking to one of the Taylor brothers, he told me that since I got such a "good deal" on the truck, he couldn't do anything for me. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to pay for the diagnostic. As far as the $1500 in repairs for the "thoroughly inspected" truck I just bought, I'm on my own. Quite the way to treat someone who but 2 trucks from them in a week. I do not reccomend this dealer in any way More

I am currently in the Air Force and assigned to Greenland. Jerry assisted me with my purchase of a used Chevy silverado. Jerry was also willing to look up the vehicles once I advised him what I was looking for. He then made it possible for my brother to conduct the test drive for me, this made it possible for me to learn if there was anything wrong with the truck. The last thing that Jerry did was helped me get a low price, and low monthly payments. He then introduced me to Jason who aided me in getting an extended service plan for the truck. Great dealership and customer service! The online service was an easy process. We live in Billings and liked Taylor's Auto Max and Pat McCarthy so we bought a Subaru from them and had it delivered instead o was an easy process. We had shopped around and did not originally go to this dealership since we had heard they are the most expensive. We finally called and told them what we were looking for and what we were willing to do f dealership since we had heard they are the most expensive. He had a list to us immediately and was willing to drive vehicles to our home for us to look at. He did not show us anything that was not what we wanted or less than desirable. We felt that there was nothing "hidden" in his communication. He offered up Car fax reports and Vehicle maintanence racords. We had went to several dealerships prior to this w/in the past few weeks and never had been treated so well. More

I purchased the car on the internet and it was a very rare cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had from a dealer. I purchased the car on the internet and it was a very rare Audi S6 Avant of which only 400 were imported to the US. I had been looking for one of these for three years and when I found it at Taylors I immediately called them and purchased the car just from the pictures I had seen on the internet and from there description. They shipped the car to me on one of there own transport trucks and the car arrived in two days and was everything they said it was and more. The salesman Doug Williams was a gem to deal with. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. More
