We apologize for not being able to fill your order on a new Honda and are glad you found a vehicle that would work for you. I have reviewd the circumstances and the communication between our sales manager and the multiple Honda dealers in Texas that we attempted to acquire the vehicle with the color and options that you wanted. What I have found within the emails and returned voicemails to our sales manager was a lack of response and an unwillingness for the dealerships to give up their piece of inventory. I did not find anything that would suggest that we did not attempt to get the vehicle for you. If we had the vehicle in our inventory your trust and our ability to service your needs would have caused a different outcome. We wish you many happy miles in your new vehicle.
