This was one of the best experiences that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. I first went online and did my homework on the Hyundai Sonata and put everything that I was looking for in a vehicle and withi purchasing a vehicle. I first went online and did my homework on the Hyundai Sonata and put everything that I was looking for in a vehicle and within a days time Wayne Cook was calling me and talking to me about the great deals on Hyundai. He was quite courteous and seemed to listen to everything that I said that I wanted in a vehicle. He was friendly and very much intuned with everything that I was saying. He was honest and straightforward about everything. This was one of the easiest purchases that I have ever made. There was no hastle and everything was on the level. I did not get the experience that I normally get from dealers who just try to put me into something that I do not want. The vehicle was a great price and there were no hidden fees or anything. What I was promised, it was delivered to me. I would definately purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I hope my experience the next time would be as great as it was the first time. More
It is my pleasure to write a positive review for Team Hyundai of Lexington Park, Md. This vehicle was purchased for my mother who is 77 years old and had not bought a new car since 1984. In fact she hadn't purchased any vehicle since 1998 and that was from a relative so her first instinct of any car buying process is immediate stress. My mother has never owned any vehicle other than a Ford or GM product and buying an import was a very difficult decision for her. After I explained the reputation of a Hyundai product and showed her numerous reviews she was atleast willing to test drive one. AFter my mother walked into this Hyundai dealership and met Robbie Anderson, her salesman, everything else became very simple. Robbie made my mother feel very comfortable and definitely put her nerves at ease. I even requested my mother to let me take her to review other vehicles and she was sold not only on Robbie but the overall dealership. To make a long story shorter, Hyundai, Robbie, and the dealership made the complete buying process a great experience for a lady that plans on never having to buy another vehicle again (she keeps her vehicles until they are worthless and not running). With the fact that my mother averages about 9k miles a year and Hyundai's 10 year 100k warranty, i expect this vehicle to take her into her late 80's early 90s. Great job Hyundai, and thank you Robbie and Team Hyundai. More

I'm very pleased with my experience. Working with both Jamie Pizzo, and John in the Financial Dept made all the difference for me in purchasing my Veracruz from this dealership. I misunderstood some information on the Hyundai website about the financing charges. Jamie and John worked to help me understand what all of the financing costs would be. After I came in initially, Jamie followed up with a phone call to check to see if I had questions, which I did, and then she followed up with the information in an email. I really appreciated that, since I was having major second thoughts about buying at all. Jamie never hesitated in providing information in a clear and professional way. Jamie was very, very patient with my many, many questions and asked John to explain the financial information to me. John did a good job of going over the contract and making sure all of the costs matched so I had no concerns. Another aspect of my experience that was excellent was I didn't feel pressured at any point in time. Jamie later spent a lot of time going over all of the features of the car, including set up the Bluetooth for me, which was great! I can highly recommend Jamie Pizzo at Hyundai in Lexington Park to my family, friends, neighbors, people passing by on the street! :D More
