Team Kia did a nice lob getting us into what we wanted. It took a little bit of work but we got close to what we were looking for on price. I have had my 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 8 years and recently got out of a bankruptcy. I went in and saw Rich first who would only give me 9,500 for my trade (worth 17k) and charge me 30k for sport age. Then while at sister store in Eugene, they offered 12,5k for trade and 27.5k for sport age. for my trade (worth 17k) and charge me 30k for sport age. Then while at sister store in Eugene, they offered 12,5k for trade and 27.5k for sport age. Who could turn that down? But alas, Rich and Joel held a resentment because I didn't buy it from him. They manifested this into a huge lying scandal. We all know a new car has an adjustment warranty for 12k miles that covers everything. And this store and the Eugene store refused warranty service on several occasions for 1. alignment, 2. headlites aimed to high (before body work), 3. emergency brake adjustment, 4. Key reprogram, 5. regular service maintenance. These guys will lie to no end to make themselves look good and the customer bad. Even fabricating stories about what customer supposedly did. The got quite angry when told the truth. It speaks of this in the bible. John 1-8. So my recommendation is avoid at all cost. You may not like what you get. I have now lost the ability to use my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty unless I go over 145 miles to Portland. Good luck if you to go here. More

Linda showed me the car I fell in love with, and she and Mike worked with me to get the deal I could afford.
