He was efficient, pleasant and delivered on everything promised. He was persistent but never pushy. A salesman who was fun to work with but still very professional. I purchased a vehicle from them and 3 weeks later I tried to give it back because I wasn't that happy with it, and they wouldn't give me my vehicle back.. then 7 weeks later from day of purchase a different guy says I can get my truck back but they want 5 grand more for the vehicle I traded in.. and didn't want to give me xxxx for the vehicle they sold me.. when originally it was suppose to be an EVEN trade at $13,900 but now they want to give me 10k for my car and they want about 15k for my truck, after I have already tried to get the vehicle back within the first couple weeks of purchase the 05 Silverado ss that I traded in, has a bad motor, bed is starting to rot, the carts are hollowed out, oil pressure gauge is busted and there are still a few other issues with it... but I was willing to take all those problems back. but no they want to get 5k more for it only good guy there was bob in financials... the rest of them suck and are very unreasonable they are lucky I didn't drive my vehicle through their lobby. Since my last purchase 2 years ago, I have moved to Massachusetts, over 2 hours away from the dealership, so I did not expect to be purchasing from them again. But, when I compared their pricing to the 3 dealerships within 30 minutes of my home, it wasn't even close. They gave me a great price on my trade and an excellent price on the new vehicle. My payment was $60-70 per month less than the other 3 dealers offers. It was a no-brainer and they did it entirely over the phone! Team Kia has my highest recommendation and you should call them even if you have to travel to get there. More

Certified preowned vehicles that do not pass inspection My Certified preowned vehicle purchased from Team KIA had less than 1/32" for tire tread causing my vehicle upon inspection to fail. When asked to co My Certified preowned vehicle purchased from Team KIA had less than 1/32" for tire tread causing my vehicle upon inspection to fail. When asked to correct this issue, Team KIA was reluctant to do anything citing that " it passed for us". This brings into question why any inspection place would pass this car for these tires. The poor business tactics practiced by this dealer should at all costs be avoided. Honestly try any other KIA dealership. More

My Daughter and I went to many dealerships looking for her 1st car. As we found there are not alot of 1st time buyer programs out there that do not require thousands of dollars down or me signing for her her 1st car. When we got there everyone we came in contact with was very polite and considerate of what we wanted to accomplish. Nicole and Rob helped by showing 3 different models that could work for us. We were a bit overwhelmed at their willingness to assist us. At no point did we feel pressured and asked if we could go discuss the different options they gave us. They offered us to take the car my daughter loved so we could get a better feel for our decision. As I thought we would make a more responsible choice stepping away. They respected our choice and we left. Shortly after we left we had calls from 2 other dealerships we already went to and the manager making the call to us made it seem like he was doing us a favor to "try and get us approved". And the other was the same manager I heard say we don't have time on Saturday to deal with non-buyers so move on. So we discussed our experience at all the Dealerships we visited and decided Team Kia was the choice for us. We got to the dealership and Rob came out and called us by name remembering exactly who we were and what we were interested in. Just the down home feeling you want from your local dealership. My Daughter drove home in her 1st New Car on her terms and was such a wonderful experience my wife and I will be going back next week to upgrade my wifes car. A++++++++ Team Kia More
