​"Thank you for reaching out. The 'confusion' mentioned stems from the fact that I was charged for services I did not explicitly authorize. While I understand safety recommendations were made, I only agreed to the specific work i wanted, an oil change and filter/alignments and tire rotation, plus as the advisor mentioned for the front lower arm control. He charged me for diag about 220$, and the whole bill suppose be about 1000$ not 1200$ ! ​To regain my trust and resolve this matter, I am requesting a refund of $800 for the unauthorized work performed. I would prefer to settle this directly and am happy to discuss the specific line items on my receipt that were not part of our original agreement. Please let me know the best direct phone number or name of a manager I should speak with to process this refund."
