I was hesitant to write a review, but i have to do it , iam a loyal customer for teamnissan since I bought my car from them , my recent visit was about a week ago, for oil and filter change, and I asked th iam a loyal customer for teamnissan since I bought my car from them , my recent visit was about a week ago, for oil and filter change, and I asked the advisor for a noise from front tires , he said he will check that, he sent me a link with details about what's wrong with the car and was a control arm lower side , and they qout it for 592$ to do the control arm, the advisor talked me explaining what i need and he recommend alignment and tire rotation, and i asked if he can lower the price a little bit but he said he is going to apply a coupon , the whole amount was 1200$ with some extra for diag 220$ !! Which is not right, i agreed and i left the car in the shop and took a rental, next day the advisor text me the car is ready, but what was surprised is the whole amount 2200$ ! And I told him i did not agree for that and the receipt shows 1200$ he did not listen , but he applied some coupons reduced to 1810$ !! I took the car but I told him iam not going to this dealership any more ! More

My first visit to team Nissan did not go so well in terms of trade in value and vehicle pricing, I left unhappy. The next day I reached out to Ralph Fast and for the next 2 days we were bantering back and fo of trade in value and vehicle pricing, I left unhappy. The next day I reached out to Ralph Fast and for the next 2 days we were bantering back and forth with numbers. Ralph went above and beyond trying to find me every possible rebate and making calls trying to get me the best value for my trade in. We finally were able to agree on a fair trade in value and Ralph and Eli got my truck ready for me to pickup. Everything was ready to go but unfortunately on the way there I panicked about the economy and the new large vehicle loan and I ended up backing out of the deal last minute. Even then Ralph was great in his response to me and assured me that when I am ready, he is ready to help me agian. Very professional! This was my first experience with Team Nissan, Peter was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Nate in the finance department was easygoing and also very knowledgeable,I did not f very informative, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.
