It’s got to be a salesperson 101 tactic. But at Glen Mills Toyota (TEAM Toyota). Johnathan was the person we spoke to on the phone. When we got there he had the car we wanted to look at parked right where we could see it as we walked in. We looked around the car then we went inside and asked for Johnathan.. Johnathan was great! he talked to us and with us not at us. When we came to get the car we had to wait a little because it was a busy night. But Johnathan got us something to drink and he was telling us funny stories of his service Tim in the Army reserve. We can relate because my older son is in the Air Force on active duty. It was a great night and in the end we drove home in a super car!! More
