Went to several dealerships. Bob was straight-forward and knows the product. He gave me his quote with all applicable fees and costs on paper including proposed financing rates. Most dealers I visited would not put it on paper unless I was leaving a deposit. Some were positively evasive and acted as though the dealership was doing me a favor by selling me the vehicle. Wrong move, folks. The bottom line is that I would not only buy another vehicle from Lawrence Toyota, but I would also recommend them if the opportunity arises. Everyone that I was in contact with during the sales process treated me like a valued customer. Very refreshing for the auto business. I drove away in my new Camry a very happy customer.

"I was very pleased with the experience I had at this..."

I was very pleased with the experience I had at this dealership. Although I had a credit issue that made financing difficult, Brian Jackson along with the Sales Manager, made every effort to get me the car I was looking for at a great price. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

"Bought (4/2/12) a 2011 toyota 4 runner that was supposed..."

Bought (4/2/12) a 2011 toyota 4 runner that was supposed to be used certified (160 point check); check engine light went on 4/3/12). Called Lawrenceville Service and they have no record of this vehicle as going through a certified vehicle check. The sales staff at day of purchase confirmed with my wife that the vehicle was certified and the oil was changed. I have called the dealership (4/6/12) two times and my wife has been in contact and they at first confirmed the oil was changed and then told us it didnt need to be changed and was not; since the purchase and noone can answer my question as to why this was sold as a certified used vehicle and provide the service work order that proves the activities were performed.

"I was purchasing a Toyota 4 Runner from a private seller..."

I was purchasing a Toyota 4 Runner from a private seller and had it inspected at Lawrance Toyota. The person I purchased the truck from was purchasing a new 4 Runner from Lawrance Toyota but that sale was contingent on the sale of his truck on open market to get more money out of the sale that to just receive Black Book value from Lawrance Toyota. The service department was mad aware of this sale and reported that the truck had no issues to me. I asked for a report and the service manager informed me that they don’t give out a report unless they find something wrong. The previous owner asked me if he could have Lawrance Toyota take care of the transaction for us because it would save him on the taxes for the new truck. I was fine with this and he payed the dealer fees for this service. The next day a Lawrance Toyota representative called me and said that I they had me fill out the wrong paper work and I needed to come down that day or the next to fill out new paper work. I informed he that that would not be a problem and that I would fill out the new paper work when I came in to get my tags. She proceeded to tell me that the state won’t process the tags till I fill out the new forms. This was not the truth because the forms she needed me to fill out had nothing to do with the state. The following week I took the truck for an oil change at Liberty Toyota and they informed me of several issues with the truck. One of which is a leak in the transmission. This should have been noticed by the tech at Lawrance Toyota since I payed them to inspect the truck. I had the tech at Liberty show me the leak and he did. In short I would not trust the staff at Lawrance Toyota

Lawrence Toyota has my greatest appreciation and thanks. I was in great need of a reliable vehicle and they helped me make that happen. They provided wonderful service and treated me with dignity and respect regardless of my credit score. Brian Jackson was the salesman I worked with and I appreciate his professional customer service. The Sales Manager Mike Ksepka gave me a great price for my car and Michelle Gray helped me work out the financing for my vehicle. I also appreciate Bob, the gentleman who delivered my vehicle. "I recently purchased a 2012 Camry SE from Lawrence Toyota..."

I recently purchased a 2012 Camry SE from Lawrence Toyota from the Internet Sales department. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Moran again, from whom I purchased another vehicle from about two years ago. Both times, I was unsure if I would purchase the new car. But Rob’s product knowledge and helpful advice left me feeling confident in the purchase of a new vehicle. My wife and I really enjoy our new Camry. I would (and have) recommend Lawrence Toyota to family and friends who are looking to purchase new vehicles. I do this because of the excellent sales staff as well as the great service people. During the entire process of purchasing the Camry, the salesperson I worked with took the time to answer my questions fully and made sure both me and my wife were happy with the transaction and followed up after the purchase to see how the car was performing. He made the experience of purchasing a new car enjoyable and I hope to purchase my next vehicle from him at Lawrence Toyota.
