I've been to several VW dealers before Teddy VW for the past few weeks but none of them struck me as honest as the people I met at this dealership. The salesperson, Desiree Greer, and the GM, Ron Frederick, are the two genuine people I met here. I explained to them my case and I truly appreciated them for exploring all avenues so that the dealership and I could both agree to a certain number. On the day of the signing, I found Ron to be a man of his word and honored the deal we agreed on the night before. The person in charge of the contracts explained to me the numbers that were in the papers that I needed to sign and was open to any questions that I had. Everyone there was very helpful even the guys in the service department when I dropped of my car for trade in. Needless to say, my experience here was truly excellent. More

I am from Vermont and my VW warning lights indicated I needed to get to a dealer immediately. I called and they saw me immediately, put my car in front of the service queue and got my problem resolved in needed to get to a dealer immediately. The labor rate was much higher than that of my local dealer, but it is NYC, so I understand. The actual service tech (whose name I do not recall) who worked on my car was fabulous! More
