From the beginning he was easy going, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), made me feel at ease and never once pressured me or intimidated me. Well , we had another serious problem with our 2012 Limited Sonata! This is a big thing because I have serviced this car perfectly! My husband drove our crippled Sonata to the dealership! He took charge perfectly picking up the service from where Carlos left off. During this experience we were helped by a big team consisting of Courtney, Travis and Carlos. I know I'm missing some other names but I do remember the help you gave us! It took awhile but once again the engine was replaced under warranty. We are grateful to all that helped us! They provided us with a rental car since our only car was at the dealership for quite awhile. We'd check in from time to time but soon learned we didn't need to drive to the dealership. It was a process that involved the cooperation of their corporate office. We are so happy to have our car back! It's sleek, clay bar cleaned and sparkles. People often ask what year is it and are amazed it's a 2012 with over 210,000 miles on it! Maintenance is so very important! Thanks to all of you! We are very grateful!! More
