You need more finance people to wrap up cars. You have 20 sales people one only one or two if your lucky to do paperwork That is management s fault not the sales staff. Went to Ford and Toyota and was in and out with purchasing cars So I would not get another Nissan because my time is valuable and ridiculous wait to do paperwork. More
