Worst experiance ever! My husband and I saw a Totota Tundra listed for $37k when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Cam who was great to work with. The first si My husband and I saw a Totota Tundra listed for $37k when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Cam who was great to work with. The first sign that this is a bad place to conduct business was the sticker price was listed a $44k on the truck itself. However we were told they would honor the $37k price. We decided to purchase the truck. This is where it really went down hill once Sean ,the finance manger, came to the table. He was so rude and degrading to both my husband and I. He was trying to upsell, which fine it's a car dealership, but when we said no we had to argue with him to respect our decision. Both my husband and I got the impression that he may have been intoxicated. We went back and forth and the final offer was $5k down and $588/month. My husband and I decided not to move forward and thanked them for their time and left. The next morning before 8am we got a call from Cam stating the offer could be dropped to $5k down and $565/month. My husband and I discussed and asked if they could do $550/ month $5k down. We were pleased when Cam returned our call and said that they accepted our counter offer. We made the drive back to the dealership. Once there Sean approached us again and the price was $590/month. We were very shocked and said we were offered $550. Again, he argued with us until we asked him to speak with the person who agreed to the offer. After he made a phone call he came back and said "we accidentally forgot to add taxes and insurance." And they refused to honor the $550. What finance manager "forgets to add taxes and insurance?" We asked to speak with with a supervisor and spoke with another gentleman who was nice but was more of a calming ear and we ended up walking out without the Tundra. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. SEAN IS THE WORST! THEY ARE A TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. More

Warranty service I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleratio I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleration. He said that I needed to leave the car for diagnostics and arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle. The next day he called me and informed me that it was a defective part inside the transmission and that the part was on order and that I could keep the loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. Several days later I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready and that everything was covered by the warranty and there was no charge. More
