I flew in from out of town to pick up my truck and due to airline issues I was significantly delayed. I arrived after closing but Tyson met me at the airport in Toledo where we did paperwork and i got the truck. Without their willingness to go the extra mile I would have had to eat the cost of the plane ticket and lose another day of work coming to get the vehicle.
