I initially gave a call to the dealership to inquire about the car and Andy answered the call and had thorough answers to all my questions without being pushy or putting pressure on me. I called back the next day to set up a test drive with Andy and when I got there he was just as kind and friendly as he was on the phone like I was part of the family there. He was even able to help me negotiate a slightly better deal and helped me get a reimbursement which he had no requirement to do. Chad was also relaxed and helpful when I took my time looking through all the paperwork and answered all my questions I had while giving me some helpful advice along the way. Unsatisfying The whole buying experience felt unsatisfying. It really felt like neither side of the sale were ever really happy. From a buying standpoint it took The whole buying experience felt unsatisfying. It really felt like neither side of the sale were ever really happy. From a buying standpoint it took a LOT of work to reach a final selling price and from the selling standpoint they came off really frustrated to be giving in at all. It really turned into a long drawn out tug of war that took the joy out of purchasing a new "used " (2k miles) truck. I believe the tone of the negotiations carried over to the rest of the process of completing the final sale ie financing, delivery and prep of the truck. I mean I spent over 40k dollars and drove an hour each way to do business there and they still charged me almost $100.00 for a simple task of flipping the tires around so the white lettering was hidden ..seriously the dealership couldn't have done that as a show of appreciation? Also they didn't bother even cleaning the tires afterwards.. they looked like xxxx ! Also the truck wasn't even freshly washed, not to mention less than a 1/2 tank of gas in the tank. Not even a key chain for my patronage. I mean he offered "maybe" a free oil change? Really? I'm not driving an hour each way for a oil change. Overall I am satisfied so far with the truck and ultimately the price, but the experience really sucked the joy out of it for my wife and I. More
