I have always been treated with respect and friendliness with everyone I have come into contact with. I have had all of my vehicles serviced at Texas Motors. In fact, Texas Motors has performed all service on all the vehicles my family has owned. Prices are fair and they are pretty accurate with wait time for service. They also offer drop off and pick up service for you if you do not have time to wait.

Steve met me as soon as I arrived and made me feel comfortable that I had someone to work with that would make my purchase experience a good one. I found him to be intelligent and accommodating to my needs. He and Brian invested a lot of time to help me with a purchase I would be comfortable with not only in the selection of a vehicle but with a price I could live with.

From the moment that we stepped on to the lot we were greeted warmly by Darrin. When we told him that we were to see
Brandon from internet sales he showed us to Brandon's office and told us if we needed anything further then to let him know.
Brandon proceeded to show us what we were looking for based on our internet search. We found the perfect match, and
proceeded to speak to Curtis. Curtis facilitated the financing and in no time at all we were signing the papers for our new car.
While we were in Finance, Brandon made sure the car was ready and in pristine condition for us to drive off the lot.
On our way out Darrin stopped by to congratulate us on our purchase and wish us good luck.
I would highly recommend this dealership, the employees are very friendly and sincere in their willingness to get you into the
vehicle that you want.

Best ford dealership I have ever done business with! Stephen M. And Brian B. we're very helpful and worked great magic to get the numbers where I needed them to be. Had no reason to trade my f-150 n but after driving the new 6.7L diesel and hanging out with these guys for a min I decided to go with a great deal on a new truck. They did not push me into anything not did they rush me or put on a show. Great customer service from these guys and they have my business as long as I am driving ford!! 10********** service. We went into the dealership with the thought process of looking but not being able to be approved. From the minute we pulled up we was greeted and taken care of like no other. Vehicle selection was not an issue. We had some blemishes on our credit and their finance time was able to get us financed with a low intrest rate. I dont know how else to explain the level of comfort we felt from this dealer. I will do my business here from now on. Thanks to such an awesome team and special thanks to Matt for all his help. We will continue to enjoy our new 2013 mustang for years to come!!

Karl started the interview but couldn't be available the next day so Bob took over. Thanks to Karl we ended up with a very professional gentleman that really seemed to care about our needs more than "just getting the order". We do feel that the overall amount of time at the dealership could have been shorter since we did spend over 3-1/2 hours going through all of the hoops the financial personnel require. I would certainly recommend Bob or Karl to my friends. And I would encourage Texas Motors Ford to streamline the financial end of the transaction.
We initially were interested in a Ford Fusion Hybrid 2011 and it drove out just fine but the mileage was high for the age of the vehicle and Bob brought out this great Kia Forte 2012 with only 4500 miles at the same price.
