Never Buying another Ford product!!! responded

My vehicle is absolutely at your location. It’s listed under my business name. It’s in the service department. I have already spoken to the tech and it is what i stated a lack of loyalty to the customer and a pitiful explanation for why a major component has failed. I don’t need to discuss anything further I won’t buy Ford again and I certainly won’t use McDavid going forward. I spoke to the tech he told me Brian Fabian was over the department. I’m already working on a formal complaint I’m sharing the experience with other Lightning owners and anyone who may be considering purchasing and working with McDavid.
