If it wasn’t for the general sales manager Brian Bertschy for intervening with the sale we probably wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle. The day we walked in we were assigned one salesperson who went back and for intervening with the sale we probably wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle. The day we walked in we were assigned one salesperson who went back and forth to management we couldn’t agree on anything and walked out. Brian called and we discussed what we were looking for in a truck and pricing so we came to an agreement. Went back to dealer and another sales person was assigned to us who didn’t really know what our deal was so again Brian had to intervene finally got the paper work done went to finance and we used our on bank because they couldn’t beat the interest rate. Hot all that done and basically handed us the keys and didn’t go over the vehicle or explain anything just thanks and on our way. So it will be a 4 star rating and only due to the general sales manager saving the sale because the rest of the process was just unorganized. More
