First thing I notice when I start the review is the warranty reviews and how much negative feedback I’m seeing. I was told my Differential needed to be replaced a few days ago. My vehicle sits at right warranty reviews and how much negative feedback I’m seeing. I was told my Differential needed to be replaced a few days ago. My vehicle sits at right under 48,000 miles. My service technician says it is the slightly larger wheels I have on my vehicle because they are not factory. I asked if these wheels were measured against the factory ones and were they taken off and weighed. The response was they don’t have to they just go by the fact they are not “factory” the repair is not going to be covered by ford Warranty and they are saying the wheels caused the differential to fail. $6200 repair. The truck I’m still paying for came in at $62k I was promissed great customer care when I purchased it and this is where I am currently. I’m not accepting the differential failure being caused by my wheels. This vehicle is rated to pull 10,000 pounds in towing and 1800-2300 in payload. The differential a long with the rest of the systems are designed to withstand tremendous amounts of weight. My aftermarket wheels causing my differential to fail with it any other explanation is not acceptable. We are all out here trying to do the best we can. I’m not satisfied with this result I expect more loyalty from my dealer and the brand. Americans are full of pride and get offended when products and labor are outsourced over seas but I have had much better experiences with my Honda accord services and even Toyota. Ford needs to do better McDavid Ford needs to do BETTER. The negative reviews I’m seeing are showing the consumer a bad pattern. More

Traded in my old truck for a ‘new to me’ Ford Bronco. I worked with David ‘Benji’ Martinez at McDavid Ford in Ft Worth, TX.
