I took my car to the Faricy Brothers for service on 5/10/11. It needed an oil change, and the malfunction indicator lamp had come on while I was driving the previous day. they problem was diagnosed a 5/10/11. It needed an oil change, and the malfunction indicator lamp had come on while I was driving the previous day. they problem was diagnosed and resolved relatively quickly. The shuttle took me to my home, and returned to take me back to the dealer to get my car when the work was completed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem with my car. I am very pleased with the quality of service I receive at Faricy Brothers whenever I take in my car. More

I have serviced my Chrysler 300m with Faricy Boys, and Lance, since I purchased it in 2008 and have always been pleased with the experience. Lance is very helpful in letting me know if scheduled or additional services are needed as well as how urgent they are. When service is required, the work is top notch and provided at a reasonable price. It is refreshing to work with a service department that is looking out for my best interest versus suggesting "repairs" that are not necessary or warranted. More
Dave was very patient explaining what needed to be done to my PT both to myself and again to my husband. We both felt very comfortable with the work/cost of what needed to be done after having him explain to my PT both to myself and again to my husband. We both felt very comfortable with the work/cost of what needed to be done after having him explain everything in great detail. Customer service is very important to us and Dave gets an A+ when it comes to that! We would never hesitate in bringing our PT back for service! More
Wow, where do I start. I have had really bad luck with the service department. I took my vehicle to the dealership on a Saturday at or around 7:30. This was for a warranty problem. I was told that the the service department. I took my vehicle to the dealership on a Saturday at or around 7:30. This was for a warranty problem. I was told that the vehicle would be looked at and I would receive a call reference the status by midday. Midday came and I left several messages trying to get a status with my vehicle. It was not until I called and told the dispatcher that I have left several messages that I was patched trough to my service representative. He stated that the technician noted a problem and he would not get to it until Monday. No problem. I live near the dealership so I decided to drive by on Sunday and note the location of my vehicle. I received NO CALL all day Monday. So I started leaving messages around 3:00 in the afternoon. I finally got patched through around 5:00. My service representative was very short with me and stated the vehicle diagnostics said there was a problem and they were on it. So I drove by the dealership around 6:00 Monday evening. The vehicle was in the exact same spot as Sunday. I felt/feel like I was getting the run around. I received a call in the AM on Tuesday. The service rep said my problem was some lose fittings that were causing fluid loss (Funny, I park my vehicle in the garage every night and have never had and signs of fluid loss). He recommended I get a specific service that was going to cost around $200.00. I was also charged my warranty deductable ($100) so the technicians could tighten my fittings that were causing fluid loss. More

It was very refreshing to simply browse and have questions answered without immediately being asked for my driver’s license! I so wish I was joking about that too. Dave is simply top-notch when it questions answered without immediately being asked for my driver’s license! I so wish I was joking about that too. Dave is simply top-notch when it comes to sales. My husband and I have bought at least 6 new vehicles over the past 10 years and have never walked away feeling as well treated and respected as we did buying our latest vehicle from Faricy Boys. Even the following day, when I came in to pick the vehicle up, Dave I think was more excited for me then even I was! LOL! I told him I will not buy another vehicle in the future that is not sold by him. The finance guy was knowledgeable, just as friendly and just left my husband and I feeling like another trusting relationship has been established. I had been bringing my Durango to Faricy Boys for oil changes, detailing and maintenance over the past 4 years and have built wonderful relationships and, even what I would consider friendships, with both Michael and Erin! Just a bunch of stand-up people…all around. Look forward to doing business with you guys for a very long time. Sincerely, Krista L. Martinez More
I would specifically recommend Michael Cope for the service department. I have been to this dealership for maintance and repairs. I have had maintance pushed on me that was not needed. Upon declining t service department. I have been to this dealership for maintance and repairs. I have had maintance pushed on me that was not needed. Upon declining the extra costly "recommened" maintance the advisor became pushy and a bit rude. It went as far as him telling me my warranty wouldn't be any good if I didn't do the maintance and he would annotate it in my record. I was following the Chrylser recommened maintance schedule that came with my Jeep. Dealing with advisors like this makes me very skeptical of anything any advisor recommends etc. Mr. Cope explains any findings and is truthful/upfront about what is really needed and what can potentially wait if it was something I could'nt afford all at once. He has shown me the problems identified as well. I have dealt with him on many occassions and he has built back some trust in advisors that I had completly lost before. More
I have been adding accessories such as skid plates and rock rails to my Jeep Wrangler since I purchased it from The Faricy Boys in October 2010. The parts department has been very helpful with taking the rock rails to my Jeep Wrangler since I purchased it from The Faricy Boys in October 2010. The parts department has been very helpful with taking the time to discuss my options and ordering whatever was needed. Michael Cope, the service advisor, has provided outstanding customer service as he coordinated the installation of the parts and made sure I was satisfied with all of the work completed. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this dealership for its excellent service. More
Diagnostic Pricing is typically way out of line when each Diagnostic Pricing is typically way out of line when each "system" is priced differently. Suspension etc, one price, electrical another etc. And the diagnostic was presented as "we need to do it" before work could be done... oh, by the way if you don't get it all done within 30 days, "Faricy" will charge you again for the same diagnostics. Great way to make money, boys, but it does not encourage me to ever come in again. If you really want to be "the good old boys" then don't charge $100's of dollars to look under the hood and tell me I have a coolant leak when there is a pool of it on the ground and it takes 30 seconds to look up the price of a water pump or radiator.
