When there the service advisor is polite and concerned about not recommending anything that is not necessary. Sometimes they add something similar to "the next time your here you should have XXXXX done. You don't need it now but you will by then." How great is that! And the ladies who assist you at check out are lovely. An easy smile coupled with courtesy almost makes paying the bill a pleasure, well almost. More
