This is the WORST place to buy a vehicle. After driving 2 hours after being pre-approved for a Expedition. We get there and they cant FIND the car-Which is very poor serivce, as I told them that we will be t hours after being pre-approved for a Expedition. We get there and they cant FIND the car-Which is very poor serivce, as I told them that we will be traveling with our 10 month old and its 100 degrees outside. So they promised it wouldnt take much to drive the car and get out the door. They called their other lot, and turns out the vehicle was sold a few days before we got there! xxxx POOR COMPANY! More

Flaky. They will make promises to fix things, but even given over a week, they will not do so. Liers. If you point out a problem they will say that is how it is supposed to work. Chop shop.
