I made an offer out the door for 27k for my Lexus! A month later the Tavern Collection called me and told me I had to pay an additional hundred dollars for the transfer of title, it was not the agreement! A month later, I received an email from the Taverna Collection asking about my experience. I emailed them back and told them how disappointed I was and asked for the two extra payments I made, to be refunded! I never heard back from them!!! The Taverna Collection, Reny, are not people of their word!!! I will never purchase a car from them or recommend anyone to buy from them! If your looking for great customer care, you certainly will not get it at the Taverna Collection!!! How disappointing!!! More

The law says they have 30 days to issue but apparently this place feels like they dot have to follow the laws. There staff is pretty pricish and they seem to not want to assist, will lie to you just to get you off the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! I purchased a BMW m550i from Tarverna and once the loan closed and they received my down payment everything turned to crap. When I receive the car, the gas tank was on empty the door had a scratch on it and the check engine light was on. I have a fraudulent claim with my bank for the deposit and no one from Taverna will assist me, my next steps are to contact the Better Business Bureau and then to file a police report . More
